The lifetime warranty applies to IRONVOLT hand tools purchased from IRONVOLT by the original purchaser, including sockets, ratchets, spanners, screwdrivers and hex keys. Keep your order confirmation and order ID as proof of purchase.
It covers the lifetime of the tool under normal use, subject to the full terms. It is not a promise that every component will never wear out. Check the warranty stated on the specific product; cases, trays, foam and packaging are excluded.
Normal use means choosing the correct tool for the job, following its instructions and staying within its intended limits. How the damage happened matters when we assess a claim.
