UK shipping

UK shipping is free. There is no minimum order spend for free UK shipping.

Availability and dispatch

We are not currently offering preorders. Check the product page for current availability. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can advise.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Courier delivery dates are estimates and may change.

Delivery addresses

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Our current delivery service excludes PO boxes, BFPO and some remote UK addresses. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address.

If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and the corrected address.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived when expected, contact us with your order number and details. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
