Lifetime warranty on eligible IRONVOLT hand tools. It applies to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the tool under normal use, subject to the full terms. Check the warranty stated for this product; not every component is covered.
Covered: Eligible tools that break, snap, bend or crack under normal use, and failures caused by genuine manufacturing faults.
Not covered: Rust from moisture or storage; lost or stolen tools; misuse or overloading; modified, burnt or ground-down tools; incorrect use such as non-impact-rated chrome sockets on impact guns; normal wear or cosmetic damage; cases, trays, foam and packaging.
Making a claim: Send your proof of purchase, clear photos and a description of what happened. Submit your claim within 30 days of discovering the defect. You do not need to return the broken tool or pay return postage; keep it until assessment is complete.
Your approved replacement: The affected tool and standard replacement shipping are free. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of claim approval, with estimated standard delivery 2–3 business days after dispatch. Optional paid express or same-day service is subject to availability.
